Responsibilities

• Ensure complaints are managed expeditiously to enhance overall efficiency and improve overall patient experience
• Provide sound recommendations to internal stakeholders and addressing patient’s feedback confidently to achieve an amicable resolution
• Establish regular communication channels to ensure all involved parties are informed throughout the investigation process
• Ensure that the information gathered is comprehensive, relevant, and accurate, minimising the need for rework
• Ensure the administrative work and co-ordination of the family conference between stakeholders and patients are well-managed.
• Ensure projects assigned are executed on time, on target and with quality

Requirements:

• Min degree qualifications
• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in customer service environment, preferably in a healthcare setting
• Possess good writing and analytical skills
• Ability to crystallise issues and identify root causes to facilitate effective resolution strategies
