Job description

Job Duties:

  • Establish, implement, and maintain data collection and storing processes that deliver utmost customer experience and Business goals while adhering to regulatory policies.
  • Collect, clean, validate and consolidate large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • To Develop automated data cleaning scripts and workflows to streamline data preparation.
  • Design and maintain interactive dashboards using tools such as Power BI.
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable visualizations for stakeholders across the business.
  • Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover key trends and patterns.
  • Support internal audits and assurance reviews with data-driven evidence and reporting.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior management in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ensure Databases adheres to Group standards and local regulations.
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Information Technology / Data Analytics / Engineering or related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years in data analytics and operations preferably in financial industry
  • Experience using statistical computer languages (Python, SQL, etc.) to draw insights from large data sets.
  • Knowledge of a variety of machine learning techniques (clustering, decision tree learning, artificial neural networks, etc.) and their real-world advantages/drawbacks.
  • Certification in Lean Six Sigma / Scrum / Project Management is an added advantage
