Job Responsibilities:
· Analyze procurement and supplier spend data to identify cost trends, savings opportunities, and operational risks, including monitoring Purchase Price Variance (PPV) and investigating variances.
· Prepare and maintain management reports, dashboards, supplier scorecards, claims tracking, and month-end/quarter-end reporting.
· Manage procurement master data, vendor records, pricing information, and contract databases to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance.
· Support sourcing initiatives, including supplier identification, RFQ/RFP processes, vendor performance monitoring, and supplier relationship management activities.
· Assist in contract administration, governance, and compliance monitoring, ensuring accurate documentation and audit readiness.
· Drive process improvement and digitalization initiatives by developing SOPs, process flow documentation, and enhancing procurement workflows.
· Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders across Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Quality, and Legal to support procurement operations and business objectives.
· Provide administrative support for procurement activities, including purchase requisition and purchase order tracking, claims management, and project-related assignments.
· Adhoc tasks & projects as assigned

· Minimum Degree in a related discipline
· Minimum 1 years of relevant experience
· Able to start immediately or within short notice
