• Develop and deliver evidence-based educational programs
• Create and conduct orientation programs for new hires and ongoing competency-based training for current staff, ensuring alignment with local guidelines and best practices.
• Ensure educational content is updated regularly compliance with MOH regulations.
• Provide hands-on training and clinical supervision, ensuring nursing staff are equipped to deliver high-quality care.

Requirements:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license recognized by the Singapore Nursing Board.
• Certification in Nurse Education  or Advanced training certificates are an advantage.
• Prior experience in nursing education or staff development
