Job description

To lead the nursing team and related healthcare workers in the ward, and be responsible for the day-to-day operational work flow in the Nursing Department.

  • Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of nurses and healthcare staff across community care services.
  • Oversee daily clinical operations to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality nursing care delivery.
  • Develop, implement, and review nursing care protocols, workflows, and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with management and stakeholders on community healthcare projects, outreach programmes, and service development initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with MOH regulations, SNB standards, infection control policies, and workplace safety requirements.
  • Manage manpower planning, staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Support case management and multidisciplinary care planning for clients and residents.
  • Monitor clinical indicators, incident reporting, and operational performance metrics.
  • Build strong partnerships with hospitals, community agencies, caregivers, and external healthcare providers.
  • Participate in strategic planning, audits, and organisational development initiatives.

Job Requirements:

  • Min Degree in Nursing
  • Registered Nurse with Singapore Nursing Board
  • At least 3 years relevant experience in supervisory roles
  • Have a valid First Aid Certificate
