Banking Ops Officer is responsible for performing pre-processing checks on all Fund Transfer transactions and participating in callbacks to clients on high value transactions.

Responsibilities:

• Perform reconciliation, risk and control checks for all banking transactions; ensuring that it is in compliance with Citi policies and procedures while meeting the regulatory requirement.
• Perform pre-processing checks for all fund transfer transactions
• Escalate the exceptions and ensure proper approvals obtained and on time.
• Assist in implementing measures and process improvements to increase productivity and ensure its quality.
• Involve in project and system enhancement including implementation.
• Assist in changes or additional regulations/guidelines implementation.
• Handle queries and resolve issues that arises.
• Assist in MCA testing and audit.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in a related role
• Relevant Degree or equivalent industry experience preferred
• Demonstrated project management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage to deadlines
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
• Attention to detail and intermediate problem solving skills

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience preferred
