  • Industry/ Organization Type: Transportation and storage
  • Position Title: Operation Assistant (Office role)
  • Working Location: Tai Seng
  • Working Hours: 5 Days (Mon – Fri, 8.00am – 5.30pm)
  • Salary Package: Basic salary up to $2,200 + OT + Variable Bonus
  • Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming phone calls and assist customers with their enquiries.
  • Prepare and send quotations to customers.
  • Respond to emails and manage general communication.
  • Support daily operational and administrative activities.
  • Perform additional tasks assigned when necessary.
  • Provide updates and report to the Assistant Manager.
