Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily store transaction.
  • Checking physical condition and quantity. Process handing over & taking over document.
  • Perform store keeping for items issued to workshops. Perform store keeping for individual workshops.
  • Maintain proper records of all store transactions include DO/DN filing. Conduct and be responsible for stock taking.
  • Manage dispatch and receipt of documents and items purchased. Perform of GRD in SAP on service and good purchased.
  • Monitor and sending IMTE and Lifting Equipment for calibration and inspection, update records when the items have returned.
  • Subjected to recall during urgent work requests and any other duties as assigned.

Period:

  • 1 year contract 

Working Hours:

  • Mon - Fri, 8am - 5.30pm 

Salary: 

  • Up to $3k/ $4k (depends on experience) 

Location: 

  • Changi/ Tuas (shuttle service provided to and from Changi Naval Base) (Morning pick up point at Simei MRT stn and Evening drop off point at Tanah Merah MRT Stn)   

Requirements:

  • ‘O’ Levels, ITE or Diploma (Any discipline).
  • With minimum 2-3 years Store/Logistic experience.
  • Preferable with experience in SAP or ES(N)
  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel & Word.
  • Able to create & submit store reports using Microsoft Office.
  • Have good knowledge of SAP usage (Eg. Perform GRD) & data entry.
  • Attention to detail, strong communication skill, service minded and can carry out job independently.
  • Level of MSD Security Clearance: 2A
  • Singaporean
