Job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate day-to-day administrative and office operations
  • Develop and streamline office processes, systems, and workflows
  • Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Prepare and review reports, correspondence, and presentation materials
  • Support budgeting processes, track expenditures, and reconcile financial records
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements seamlessly
  • Organize events such as seminars, conferences, and corporate functions
  • Oversee documentation, editing, and proofreading for accuracy and quality
  • Compile, analyze, and summarize data for reporting purposes
  • Supervise and guide support staff where required
  • Handle enquiries, manage communications, and ensure smooth information flow

Requirements

  • Diploma qualification with at least 3 years of relevant experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Meticulous, organized, and comfortable working with data and figures
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
