Operations Assistant (Driver) | Up to $2,800 + Bonus

📍 Location: Multiple Locations (Ubi Area)
📄 Employment: Permanent / Contract
💰 Salary: Up to $2,800/month
🧺 Laundry Allowance: $30/month
🎁 Completion Bonus: 1 Month Bonus (Contract)
💵 Overtime Payable

🕘 Working Hours:
• Monday – Friday: 8.00am – 5.00pm
• Saturday: 8.00am – 12.00pm (5.5-day work week)

What You'll Be Doing:
• Coordinate vehicle deliveries and collections for servicing, repairs, and customer handovers
• Perform vehicle inspections to ensure cleanliness and overall condition before handover
• Monitor servicing schedules and arrange maintenance appointments
• Send vehicles for servicing, repairs, and statutory inspections
• Verify completed repair work and ensure all issues are resolved before handover
• Assist customers with vehicle handovers and necessary documentation
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle movements, fuel usage, and operational activities
• Support accident reporting and coordinate follow-up actions when required
• Provide daily updates on completed tasks and operational status
• Assist with other operational duties as assigned
