Job Description:
- Manage customer orders from processing to fulfilment, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Proactively address back orders and resolve customer issues to ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Generate purchase orders after obtaining necessary clarifications and confirming prices.
- Coordinate with suppliers on goods readiness and ensure smooth communication
- Collaborate with freight forwarders to arrange shipments
- Manage stock record to ensure availability and accuracy.
- Liaise with customers on delivery arrangements.
- Generate delivery orders and invoices.
- Handle ISO certification renewal processes to ensure compliance with standards.
- Undertake any other related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Operations/Supply Chain, Engineering or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years’ working experience in Operations.
- Familiarity with the Globe 3 ERP System is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently with a committed and proactive approach.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and flexibility in handling tasks.
- Good personality, willing to learn and flexible on the task.
