We are looking for a proactive and experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operational functions, procurement, transport coordination, and administrative support within a healthcare environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills who thrives in a fast-paced setting and is passionate about operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow across departments
  • Manage procurement, inventory control, vendor sourcing, and contract negotiations
  • Monitor operational budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities
  • Ensure timely supply of medical and non-medical items while maintaining compliance standards
  • Lead front office operations including visitor management and service coordination
  • Coordinate transport arrangements and liaise with internal/external stakeholders
  • Supervise and support operations staff to maintain service quality and efficiency
  • Ensure proper maintenance schedules for equipment, facilities, and transport vehicles
  • Work closely with nursing, finance, and administrative teams to support operational needs
  • Prepare operational reports and maintain proper documentation for audits and compliance

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Operations Management, Healthcare Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant operations or administrative management experience
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Preferably from healthcare, nursing home, hospital, or healthcare services environment
  • Able to multitask and work effectively in a dynamic environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and administrative systems
