About the Company

Our client, a leading global technology manufacturing partner, is expanding their local operations. We are conducting a mass hiring exercise to fill multiple vacancies across their production, quality, and logistics departments.

Available Openings:

1. Production Assembler

• Perform hands-on mechanical and electronic assembly according to detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Utilize basic hand tools and conduct basic visual quality checks at your station.

• Requirement: Strong manual dexterity, a meticulous eye for detail, and the ability to follow strict work instructions. Prior experience is a plus.

2. Quality Inspector

• Conduct routine visual and dimensional inspections on incoming parts (IQC) and finished assemblies.

• Accurately log defect data, tag non-conforming items, and escalate major quality issues.

• Requirement: Entry-level to 1 year of QA/QC experience. Highly detail-oriented with basic computer skills for data entry.

3. PE (Process/Production) Technician

• Troubleshoot production line equipment, support machine setup, and assist the engineering team with process improvements to minimize downtime.

• Requirement: NITEC or Diploma in an Engineering discipline. 1-3 years of hands-on technical troubleshooting experience on a production floor.

Mandatory Working Hours & Shift Pattern:

• Shift Work is Required: Must be comfortable working 12-hour shifts.
• Timings: Day Shift (8:00 AM to 8:30 PM) and Night Shift (8:00 PM to 8:30 AM).
• Rotation: Shifts are rotated on a monthly basis.
• Schedule: Average of 16 working days per month (e.g. 4 working days per week).
• Breaks: 1.5 hours of break time per day.
• Rest Day: Sundays are fixed rest days.

Requirements:

• Ability to perform tasks comfortably during 12-hour rotating shifts.

• A strong team player with a positive attitude & strict adherence to workplace safety guidelines.
