• Perform optical polishing operations, including machine setup, pad conditioning, slurry preparation, and in-process inspections.
• Optimize polishing parameters to achieve required surface quality and consistency.
• Conduct optical and mechanical measurements, including diameter, bevel, center thickness, concentricity, wedge, and form error.
• Perform machine alignment, calibration, and polishing defect troubleshooting.
• Support production equipment setup and basic troubleshooting activities.
• Carry out lens cleaning, handling, and inspection according to optical quality standards.
• Record measurement results, process deviations, and equipment observations accurately.
• Maintain workplace cleanliness, safety compliance, and quality standards.

Requirements

• Min NITEC or Diploma in Optics, Precision Engineering, Mechatronics, or relate disciplines.
