Our client is a leading shipping company. This role is responsible forsupporting, maintaining, and enhancing enterprise applications and analyticsplatforms to ensure smooth operations, compliance, and data integrity acrossthe organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and manage enterprise applications,ensuring system stability, performance, and alignment with businessrequirements
• Configure and maintain applications in accordancewith organisational policies and compliance standards
• Handle incident, problem, and change requestsfollowing structured IT service management processes (ITIL)
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide timelyresolution to minimise operational disruptions
• Maintain clear and structured documentation forsystem configurations, processes, and user guides
• Support user access management, audit processes,and compliance requirements (e.g. role-based access control)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gatherrequirements and implement system enhancements
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements toenhance operational efficiency
• Provide user training and support to ensureeffective system adoption

Requirements

• Degree in InformationSystems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 6–8 years ofexperience in enterprise application support or similar roles
• Familiarity with ITservice management frameworks (e.g. ITIL)
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems
• Experience inapplication configuration, user support, and system documentation
• Strong analytical andproblem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
• Good communicationskills, with the ability to translate technical concepts to business users
• Ability to work collaboratively withcross-functional stakeholders
• Nice to Have: Hands-on experience with IMOS, Oracle ERP, JIBE, Data Lake, Power BI (DAX, modelling), and Integration tools (e.g., OIC, APIs).
