ORDER FULFILLMENT ASSISTANT

Location: Singapore

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: $2,800 – $4,000 per month (depending on experience)

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and responsible Order Fulfillment Officer to support our warehouse operations and delivery activities. The successful candidate will work in the warehouse, assist in managing inventory, coordinate warehouse activities, input and process customer orders in the JDE system, and ensure timely and accurate deliveries to customers across Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records.
• Conduct regular stock counts and inventory audits.
• Coordinate loading and unloading of goods.
• Perform deliveries and collections using the company vehicle.
• Ensure goods are delivered safely and on time.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.
• Assist in planning delivery schedules and warehouse manpower allocation.
• Support management in improving warehouse efficiency and operational processes.
• Carry out any other duties assigned by management.
• Input, verify and update customer orders in the system (JDE)
• Ensure product codes, pricing, quantities and shipping details are correct
• Co-ordinate with warehouse for delivery orders

Requirements

• Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 Driving License with a good driving record.
• Minimum 2 years of warehouse, logistics, or delivery experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of inventory control and warehouse procedures.
• with JDE knowledge will be advantage.
• Physically fit and able to handle loading and unloading activities.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications is an advantage.
• Forklift license will be an added advantage.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday:  9am to 530pm
Saturday: 9am to 1pm
