Duties:

• Manage system administration, data uploads, sales mapping, and reporting for assigned principals, ensuring data accuracy and smooth system operations.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, forecasts, commission calculations, and performance reports for management, finance, and principals.
• Handle customer sales enquiries, maintain pricing, trade return, A&P tracking, and other key business documentation.
• Provide administrative and secretarial support, including travel arrangements, meeting coordination, document filing, and access control management.
• Liaise with internal departments, IT, and principals to ensure timely reporting, documentation, and operational support.
• Ensure compliance with ISO procedures, quality standards, company policies, and perform other administrative duties as assigned.
