Job Description

  • Position Title: PA cum HR Executive
  • Working Location: Pioneer /Tuas
  • Working Hours: 5 days (Mon to Fri: 8:45am – 5.30pm)
  • Salary Package: Basic + AWS + Performance Bonus

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage management’s calendars, schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle visa applications, lodging, and itineraries.
  • Maintain confidentiality and assist with personal tasks as needed.
  • Serve as liaison between management and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate management’s personal payments, reimbursements, subscriptions, and liaise with Finance.
  • Support attendance tracking, employee welfare activities, and company events.
  • Prepare HR documents, reports, and correspondence.
  • Liaise with departments and employees on HR administrative matters.
  • Assist HR with coordination and ad-hoc administrative tasks assigned by management or HR Manager.
  • Perform other ad hoc assignments and special projects as needed.

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Human Resource Management, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in executive support, PA, administration, or HR coordination.
  • Experience supporting senior management or C-level executives is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
