Contract Type:

• Part-time

Experience Required:

• Prior experience as a barista preferred
• Experience across different brewing methods a plus. Minimally espresso-based.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee, matcha, other beverages and food items in accordance with the standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Ensure that the coffee equipment is calibrated and maintained to produce consistent and high-quality coffee
• Preserve and upholding excellent levels of customer service
• Able to perform cashier, order-taking duties and preparation of simple counter bakes and other beverages
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Management

Job Requirements:

• Service driven, outgoing and friendly
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
• Team player with a good learning attitude
• Attention to detail
• Self-motivated and good people skills
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Candidates who possess a Food Hygiene (SFA) certificate will have an added advantage
• Willing to work shift hours, weekends and Public Holidays (Flexible working hours, able to cater to school schedules as well)

Salary: $11-$14 (depending on experience & commitment levels)
