Job description

  • Plan and execute fundraising initiatives, donor campaigns, and sponsorship activities to support the organisation’s long-term sustainability goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with donors, corporate partners, community groups, and supporters to strengthen engagement and recurring contributions.
  • Coordinate fundraising events, partnerships, and outreach programmes from planning through implementation and post-event reporting.
  • Track fundraising performance, maintain accurate donation records, prepare monthly reports, and ensure adherence to relevant regulatory requirements.  
  • Explore new funding opportunities including grants, collaborations, recurring giving programmes, and donor retention strategies to enhance revenue growth.

Requirements:

  • Diploma and above
  • At least 2 years of experience in fundraising, donor engagement, event coordination, community outreach, or non-profit environments.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders professionally.
  • Team player who is organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple activities concurrently.
