• Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing (Agricultural Machinery)
• Position Title: Parts & Logistics Executive
• Working Location: Gul Circle
• Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday, 8.30AM – 6PM)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $4,000 + AWS + Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate order confirmation, parts pickup, and delivery scheduling, along with generating delivery orders (DO) and invoices.
• Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone, provide quotations, and follow up on potential orders.
• Communicate with vendors to resolve technical issues, process parts orders, and manage restocking requests.
• Manage incoming parts shipments, update inventory records, and fulfill outstanding customer orders.
• Collaborate with vendors, customers, and warehouse staff to coordinate and schedule part deliveries.
• Regularly follow up with suppliers about open or outstanding orders.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

• Diploma in Logistics Management or any relevant discipline
• Minimum 1 year of experience with logistics or supply chain is preferred
