We invite passionate animal lovers to join us if you possess the following:

• Be able to handle animals firmly but gently.
• Empathise with both animals and clients.
• Ability to manage their time effectively.
• Clear and concise communication skills with both colleagues and clients.
• good awareness of health and safety within the workplace.
• Have the ability to work on their own as well as part of a team.
• Confident working with different animals.
• Have excellent observation skills.
• You will be joining a team of passionate individuals seeking to provide exceptional care to pets in a challenging and dynamic environment.

The Patient Care Assistants' scope of work includes:

• Cleaning and grooming animals.
• Preparing food and feeding animals.
• Assist with moving animals from one place to another.
• Exercising dogs either in a yard or by taking them for walks.
• Check for signs of illness or distress in animals.
• Clean and upkeep animal accommodation (including changing bedding)
• Ensure animal enclosures are maintained.
• Keep relevant records and make bookings where applicable.
• Answer to questions and queries from visitors.

This is a full time, permanent individual contributor role.
