Responsibilities:

  • Greet and register patients
  • Schedule patient appointment
  • Coordinate specialists' consultation referrals
  • Handle payments and respond to patient enquiries in a courteous and professional manner
  • Manage patient concerns, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary
  • Communicate effectively with patients to provide a high level of customer service
  • Will be stationed at Health monitoring station based on roster. Involved in taking height / weight and blood pressure for patients at Health monitoring station

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE ‘N’ level
  • No exp needed, training provided
  • Healthcare experience will be an advantage but not compulsory

$2500 (Fixed salary)
