We are actively hiring for a client in a Community Hospital setting in Singapore and we wish to invite interested Pharmacy Assistant to apply the role.

Pharmacy Assistant - Front Facing

• Support pharmacists in the preparation and dispensing of prescriptions and over-the-counter medicines.
• Ensure all medications are accurately labeled, packaged, and arranged.
• Oversee the secure and appropriate storage of pharmaceutical products.
• Handle incoming inventory by unpacking, tagging, and organizing stock on shelves.
• Track and restock supplies to maintain consistent inventory levels.
• Execute cashier functions and process payments as needed.
• Adhere to pharmacy protocols and mandatory health and safety standards.
• Assist with additional tasks as directed by the pharmacist or supervisor.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level qualification.
• Strong sense of responsibility and a high level of attention to detail.
• A collaborative team player who can work well with others.
• Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or logistics is preferred, but not required as comprehensive on-the-job training is provided.
• Proficiency in dialect is required to effectively communicate with and support primary patient demographic
