- Hybrid (Office + Site Visits)

Job Responsibilities:

We are seeking a motivated Project Engineer / Project Coordinator (Interior Design) to support commercial and residential interior design projects from coordination to completion.

• Coordinate and support day-to-day project activities for interior renovation works.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Assist with site coordination, scheduling, and project follow-up.
• Attend client meetings, site visits, and project discussions.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timelines are met.
• Support documentation, quotations, and coordination of project materials where required.
• Gain exposure to both commercial and residential interior design projects.

Location: 

•  Hybrid (Office + Site Visits)

Working hours:

• Monday – Friday (standard office hours)
• Flexibility may be required depending on site schedules and project handovers

Salary:

• $2,800 - $3,200 + Commission
• All transport and work-related client meeting expenses claimable
   

Job Requirements: 

• Diploma in Interior Design, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
• Candidates without experience are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with strong interest in renovation, project coordination, or interior design are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willing to travel for site visits and client meetings.
• Responsible, willing to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
