Job Title : Personal Assistant (Temporary Contract)

Contract Duration: 12 months

Working Hours

• Mon – Thurs : 8:30am – 6:00pm
• Friday : 8:30am – 5:30pm (inclusive of 1-hour lunch break)

Salary: $2,853 to $3,780 per month depending on qualification and relevant working experience.

Job Scope

• Maintain and manage Principals’ calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and events
• Coordinate and prioritise meetings and appointments to ensure optimal time management
• Ensure meeting venues are available and materials are ready prior to meetings
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
• Organise and maintain office files, records, and documents
• Arrange and manage Principals’ accounts and subscriptions
• Arrange and coordinate travel itineraries, including flights, accommodation, and transportation
• Assist Principals in administrative claims and travel arrangements
• Perform other administrative/logistical support duties as required

Requirements

• At least 5 years of working experience as PA or Secretary to Senior Management
• Exceptional organisational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Knowledge of government protocols and procedures (preferred)
• Demonstrates integrity and loyalty to Principals
