Job Description

  • Position Title: Personal Driver
  • Working Location: Island wide (Pick up at Tanjong Pagar)
  • Working Hours: 5 days, Mon - Fri (6.50am – 5.10pm)
  • Salary Package: Basic + OT + Variable Bonus + $90 Transport Allowance
  • Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

  • Pick up the Managing Director from his residence and drive him to the office in the morning.
  • Send the Managing Director home after office hours and park the vehicle back at the designated car park.
  • Attend to the Managing Director’s chauffeuring needs on weekdays, with occasional support required on Saturdays, Sundays, or Public Holidays.
  • Pick up and send guests to/from the airport, hotel, office, or other assigned locations.
  • Drive the Managing Director home after dinner appointments with guests, including sending accompanying Directors home when required.
  • Occasionally drive the Managing Director or other Directors to the company’s Johor Bahru factory for meetings or discussions.
  • Ensure the vehicle is kept clean, well-maintained, and in good working condition at all times.
  • Support occasional early morning airport pick-ups or send-offs for guests.
  • Prepare postage and arrange for letters/documents to be sent to the post office for mailing.
  • Update and maintain records of postage usage.
  • Assist with purchasing mineral water, pantry supplies, and other office items as required.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
