About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Physiotherapist to join a multidisciplinary healthcare team, providing high-quality rehabilitation services for geriatric and neurological patients. You will play an important role in supporting patients’ recovery, improving functional independence, and enhancing overall quality of life through evidence-based physiotherapy care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver professional physiotherapy services within a multidisciplinary team setting
  • Provide assessment and treatment for patients with geriatric and neurological conditions
  • Participate in case discussions, clinical consultations, and multidisciplinary meetings
  • Develop and implement individualised treatment plans to support patient rehabilitation goals
  • Supervise and guide Therapy Assistants in their daily clinical duties
  • Ensure safe, effective, and patient-centred therapy delivery in accordance with clinical standards

Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Physiotherapy recognised by the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC)
  • Full registration with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC)
  • Strong interest in stroke and geriatric rehabilitation
  • Proactive, dynamic, and service-oriented mindset
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong team player with a positive and patient-focused attitude
  • Results-driven with a strong sense of responsibility and professionalism
