We are seeking an accomplished Principal Solution Architect to lead the technical strategy, solution architecture, and customer engagement for complex AI infrastructure, high-performance computing (HPC), and mission-critical data centre projects across the Asia-Pacific region.

This is a senior leadership position for a seasoned technology professional with deep expertise in enterprise infrastructure, data centre architecture, AI/GPU platforms, and integrated engineering solutions. The successful candidate will bridge customer requirements, commercial objectives, engineering design, and project execution to deliver scalable, commercially viable solutions.

What You'll Be Leading

• Lead the end-to-end solution architecture for AI data centres, GPU computing, HPC, cloud, colocation, and enterprise infrastructure projects.
• Develop integrated infrastructure solutions encompassing compute, storage, networking, cybersecurity, power, cooling, and facility systems.
• Provide strategic technical leadership throughout customer engagements, solution development, tender submissions, and executive presentations.
• Collaborate with customers, technology partners, OEMs, consultants, and cross-functional teams to develop high-value, commercially competitive solutions.
• Establish technical standards, reference architectures, governance processes, and solution best practices.
• Support project delivery through design reviews, technical governance, commissioning, and successful solution handover.
• Mentor solution architects and engineering teams while driving continuous capability development.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in data centre, AI infrastructure, HPC, cloud, enterprise IT, or mission-critical environments.
• At least 5 years in a senior Solution Architect, Principal Architect, Technical Director, or equivalent leadership capacity.
• Proven track record in designing and delivering complex AI infrastructure, enterprise computing, or data centre solutions.
• Strong technical expertise in servers, GPU platforms, storage, networking, and data centre facility infrastructure.
• Demonstrated experience leading executive-level customer engagements, technical solutioning, and complex bid or tender activities.
• Excellent commercial acumen, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Preferred Requirements

• NVIDIA GPU platforms, AI clusters, GPU-as-a-Service, or accelerated computing environments.
• High-density computing and liquid cooling technologies.
• Modular or prefabricated data centre solutions.
• Data centre electrical and mechanical infrastructure.
• Experience supporting regional projects across Singapore, Malaysia, and the Asia-Pacific market.
