Salary: $3,000 – $3,800 per month

We are seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Executive to support procurement operations within a healthcare environment. The successful candidate will assist in sourcing, purchasing, vendor coordination, and inventory management to ensure smooth operational support for various departments.
This role requires strong organisational skills, effective communication, and the ability to coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely and efficient procurement processes.
Support the Procurement Manager and team in daily procurement activities.
Ensure procurement processes comply with internal policies and relevant regulations.
Assist in coordinating procurement requirements across departments.
Work with internal departments to clarify product specifications, quantities, and delivery timelines.
Assist in preparing and issuing purchase orders.
Track purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Communicate with suppliers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and any related issues.
Maintain accurate procurement records including purchase orders, vendor information, and contracts.
Organise and maintain procurement documentation for easy retrieval and compliance purposes.
Assist in managing inventory for consumables and supplies.
Maintain accurate inventory records including stock receipts, usage, and adjustments.
Conduct periodic stock checks and reconcile discrepancies where necessary.
Support the distribution of consumables to relevant departments.
Liaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers to obtain quotations and coordinate purchases.
Support vendor relationship management and procurement negotiations when required.
Facilitate communication between internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth procurement operations.
Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Relevant experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations will be advantageous.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external vendors.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Basic understanding of procurement and inventory processes.
This role requires attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple procurement tasks simultaneously in a dynamic healthcare environment.
