Manage approved vendor lists and maintain supplier relationships.
Support procurement planning based on production and material requirements.
Prepare and process purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Monitor supplier performance, including quality, cost, and delivery timelines.
Negotiate pricing and contract terms to support cost efficiency.
Track inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse teams to avoid shortages or excess stock.
Support procurement documentation, record keeping, and invoice coordination with finance.
Assist in cost control and continuous improvement initiatives within procurement processes.
