Qualifications: 
• Degree in Business Administration or related field.

• Strong knowledge of banking operations, risk management practices, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with a talent for inspiring and motivating teams.
• Experience in digital transformation projects within the financial sector.
• Fluency in English language required; additional languages are a plus.
