This pivotal role will provide you with the opportunity to drive product innovation and develop a robust product strategy that aligns with our mission to deliver exceptional solutions to our clients. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, leveraging your expertise in product management to spearhead initiatives that cater to our diverse customer base.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Product Strategy & Roadmap
  2. Define and maintain the product roadmap for defence electronics (e.g. mission computers, platform comms electronics, sensors, C2 electronics).
  3. Align product direction with defence capability requirements, platform roadmaps, and long-term support strategies.
  4. Develop products with unique selling points while addressing emerging technology trends (AI, open architectures, modular electronics) relevant to defence platforms.
  5. Market Research and Opportunity Identification
  6. Define target customer segments and map ecosystems to establish strong market links.
  7. Conduct thorough analysis of total addressable markets (TAM) and segment-specific growth projections (CAGR).
  8. Report on relevant market trends and competitive landscapes across various sectors.
  9. Deliver clear financial projections encompassing revenue, costs, and expected profit margins over a three-year horizon.
  10. Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy Development
  11. Design strategies to effectively introduce products to target markets, employing diverse marketing channels and sales strategies.
  12. Cultivate strategic channel-based partnerships and relationships to magnify market reach.

     particularly in managing electronics or embedded systems on defence
     platforms, is preferred.</p><p>Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams
     and manage multiple projects concurrently.</p><p>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to
     foster relationships with stakeholders at all levels.</p><p>Ability to travel on short notice for business
