• Position Title: Product Market Manager (APAC)
• Working Location: Woodlands
• Working Hours: 5 days, Monday – Friday (9am – 6pm)
• Salary Package: Basic + Transport Allowance + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Drive business growth across APAC by connecting market needs, product strategy, solution development, and sales execution.
• Act as the product and market expert for assigned countries, verticals, and product portfolios.
• Work closely with sales, engineering, marketing, suppliers, and HQ teams to support regional growth.
• Study market trends, competitors, customer needs, and new business opportunities across APAC.
• Translate customer challenges into product requirements and practical solution ideas.
• Provide market feedback to support product roadmap planning and regional customization.
• Work with sales, application engineers, and HQ teams on key customer projects and complex opportunities.
• Support solution development involving cameras, lenses, lighting, software, and related products.
• Manage assigned product portfolios and identify product gaps or improvement areas.
• Support regional product positioning, pricing, and growth initiatives.
• Manage 3rd-party product portfolios, suppliers, sourcing, pricing, and documentation.
• Ensure product information, marketing materials, sales tools, and training support are available.
• Support sales teams with product knowledge, value messaging, and customer presentations.
• Join customer discussions, workshops, campaigns, product launches, and events.
• Track launch performance and provide feedback for improvement.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• Degree in Engineering, Science, Technology, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in product marketing, sales, application engineering, or similar roles.
• Experience in market, competitive, or business intelligence is preferred.
• Experience in machine vision, computer vision, factory automation, or robotics is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving, project management, and organizational skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Good communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willing to travel within the APAC region when required.
