The Opportunity

  • Adecco is partnering our client, a famous tech MNC
  • We are looking for a Product Support Specialist 
  • Candidates who are immediately available/ able to start work within short notice will be preferred

The Talent

  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in product support, hardware troubleshooting, or technical operations.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in hardware inventory management and issue-tracking software (e.g., Jira, Zendesk).
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to identify patterns in data to spot recurring defects or hardware batch failures.
  • Communication: Strong ability to bridge the gap between non-technical field operators and technical engineering teams.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working between a professional office environment and hardware workshop settings.

Job Description

  • Issue Identification & Technical Triage

    • Serve as the first point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding hardware and product-related queries.
    • Investigate and validate user-reported issues, providing clear recommendations for next steps.
    • Escalate critical issues to the Product Operations and Tech teams based on severity, ensuring a smooth handoff for root cause diagnosis.

    Hardware & Workshop Management

    • Liaise with various stakeholders to coordinate hardware installation and pre-delivery inspections
    • Liaise directly with product workshops to resolve operational bottlenecks and hardware malfunctions.
    • Maintain a single hardware inventory source-of-truth, while coordinating replacements and repairs.
    • Conduct workshop training and audits, on hardware floating stock and installation process, to ensure ops continuity and compliance.
    • Log and track fault trends and recurring defects to maintain overall product health.

    Tech Testing & Vendor Support

    • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new product features and hardware rollouts to ensure high-quality launches.
    • Direct and track validated issues reported to internal tech teams and third-party hardware vendors.
    • Translate operational field insights into actionable feedback for the product roadmap.
