Job description

Responsibilities:

• Participate in daily production meetings to review results, upcoming plans, priorities, corrective actions, production strategies, reworks and material status.
• Communicate all key area indicators (WIP, production, quality, aging, materials, maintenance, hygiene, attendance, risks, reworks, capacity, etc.).
• Review shift status with Cell Leaders; run quick supervisor meetings to set priorities.
• Work with the Manufacturing Manager on training, teamwork, and motivation.
• Set clear targets for staff; manage attendance, turnover, efficiency, and certifications.
• Maintain a positive work environment and provide ongoing training.
• Enforce discipline, safety, ISO 9000, and ISO 14000 standards.
• Motivate staff to meet quality and production targets.
• Collaborate with engineering, materials, and maintenance to resolve issues.
• Drive continuous improvement for flexibility and efficiency.
• Identify tool/equipment needs and coordinate maintenance, calibration, and certification.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering.
• 5 years of working experience in server / rack / manufacturing.
• Strong plant process knowledge and DMAIC.
• Analytical, works well under pressure, proactive, and follows conduct standards.
• Effective communicator, responsible, initiative-driven, with leadership and interpersonal skills.
