Production Planner

Job Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily production activities to meet customer delivery requirements.
• Monitor production status and material availability, and work with procurement to resolve shortages.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing, Logistics, Customer Service, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Review and execute MRP, maintain production schedules, and balance supply and demand.
• Assess Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and update Bills of Materials (BOMs) where required.
• Prepare production reports, analyse planning data, and support process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Diploma in Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in production planning or supply chain within a manufacturing environment; semiconductor industry experience is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Power BI and VB is an advantage.
