Job description

Duties:

  • Plan and schedule production orders, safety stock, and demand across work centres based on due dates and machine capability
  • Release Manufacturing Orders (MO) according to production schedule
  • Monitor production progress, update plans, and resolve backlog with Production
  • Follow up on rework activities arising from Non-Conformance Reports (NCR)
  • Manage inventory levels for finished goods, WIP, and raw materials to achieve delivery and inventory turn targets
  • Review excess/slow-moving stock and initiate write-off processes where required
  • Plan and coordinate raw material deliveries to meet production needs and inventory objectives
  • Support order fulfilment by advising Customer Service on stock availability and changes
  • Work with QC to ensure product approvals meet required timelines
  • Support NCR handling across raw materials, semi-finished and finished goods, and participate in Material Review Board
  • Maintain ERP data accuracy, prepare reports, track KPIs, support audits, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Develop and update SOPs/work instructions as needed

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field
  • Experience in production planning, inventory control, or supply chain operations
