• Position Title: Production Technician
• Working Location: Tuas (Walk distance from MRT)
• Working Hours: 12-hrs rotating shift (8.30am - 8.30pm / 8.30pm – 8.30am)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Allowances + AWS + VB
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Operate the front-end processes for hydrogen peroxide, ammonium hydroxide, and other utility systems.
• Receive raw materials related to front-end operations and accurately update them in the inventory records.
• Conduct chemical transfer to raw material storage tanks, perform sampling activities, and support other related operational tasks.
• Monitor process operations through DCS, LPC, and other HMI control systems.
• Record operational parameters using the designated check sheets and data logs, ensuring readings remain within the required operating limits.
• Utilize and handle handheld tools and equipment required for daily operational activities.
• Comply with procedures and guidelines under the QMS, EMS and OHS.
• Follow all safety regulations strictly and wear the required personal protective equipment (PPE) during operations.
• Adhere to SOPs and maintain proper operational discipline.
• Maintain good housekeeping practices and ensure the production area remains clean, organized, and well-maintained.
