Our esteemed client in the Environmental Services industry is seeking a Production Technician (Process Plant) to join their dynamic team:

• Employment Type: Permanent
• Position: Production Technician (Process Plant)
• Location: Tuas (Transport provided)
• Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon to Fri, 8am to 5pm; Sat, 8am to 12pm) – Will change to 12-hours rotating shift after 3 months
• Salary Package: Up to $2,700 + OT + Shift Allowances + Transport Allowance + Bonus

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor plant equipment and production processes in accordance with operational procedures.
• Perform weighing, processing, labelling, and packaging of materials accurately.
• Monitor equipment performance and report any abnormalities or maintenance requirements.
• Assist with equipment maintenance, shutdowns, and start-up activities.
• Maintain accurate operational records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and maintain a clean and organised work environment.

Job Requirements:

• At least NITEC or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Chemistry, or a related discipline.
• Prior experience in plant operations, manufacturing, chemical processing, or a similar industrial environment is advantageous.
• Hands-on, responsible, and able to follow operational procedures.
• Willing to work in a plant or industrial environment.
• Willing to work on 12-hours rotating shift after 3 months.
