Job description

  • Design, strategize, and implement a dynamic calendar of daily, weekly, and monthly activities and social outings tailored to resident's interests and needs.
  • Oversee all operational logistics for seamless programme delivery, including venue setup, material preparation, and attendance tracking.
  • Collaborate with external trainers, volunteers, and community partners to deliver specialized wellness sessions and workshops.
  • Continuously evaluate programme effectiveness through surveys and feedback to ensure high quality and positive impact.
  • Proactively recruit senior members and maintain accurate and up-to-date participant records.
  • Build and nurture strong, trusting relationships with residents, their families, and community partners to foster a supportive environment.
  • Liaise with corporations, volunteers, and agencies to enhance programme offerings and secure resources.
  • Stay informed on community developments and integrate innovative measures to support ageing well.
  • Conduct regular programme reviews and prepare detailed monthly reports for internal stakeholders and funders.
  • Collect and analyze participant data and feedback to measure satisfaction, assess outcomes, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Support the development of grant proposals and outcome reports to secure funding and demonstrate programme value.


Job Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in any discipline
  • Min 2 year of relevant experience
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively while managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively
