• Industry/ Organization Type: Marine Offshore Engineering
• Position Title: Project Coordinator Engineer/Junior Marine Engineer
• Working Location: Islandwide (Office at Pioneer)
• Working Hours: 5.5 days (Monday to Friday – 8.00am to 5:00pm, Saturday – 8.00am to 12.00pm)
• Salary Package: Up to $2800 + OT + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical and engineering advice to both the engineering and production teams.
• Lead and manage projects, including planning, coordinating activities, and allocating resources effectively.
• Offer guidance and support to less experienced engineers, enhancing their professional development.
• Represent the company in meetings with partners, clients, and vendors, ensuring clear and effective communication.
• Communicate project details accurately and effectively to both clients and project teams.
• Ensure that client requirements are addressed promptly and satisfactorily.
• Maintain the project schedule by overseeing progress, coordinating activities, and resolving any issues that arise.
• Any other assigned duties.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in marine engineering.
• Strong knowledge of ship structure fabrication.
• Possession of a Class 2B or Class 3 driving license will be advantageous.
