• Position Title: Project Engineer
• Working Location: Woodlands
• Working Hours: 5 Days, Monday – Friday (8.30am – 5.30pm)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + AWS + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee projects from initial concept through to completion, covering planning, scheduling, budgeting, and coordination with stakeholders.
• Execute and monitor the Project Quality Plan, Safety Management Plan, and Building Execution Plan.
• Create, update, and manage BIM models along with all project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and ensure alignment with project scope, timeline, and budget.
• Identify and resolve any technical or contractual challenges throughout the project.
• Supervise construction activities to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
• Work closely with consultants and contractors, ensuring contractor performance meets expectations.
• Handle project handover to clients, ensuring full compliance with Singapore’s regulatory requirements and standards.
• Drive safety initiatives and conduct compliance checks on-site.
• Secure required permits and approvals, liaising with authorities to reduce public inconvenience during works.
• Ensure projects are carried out with consideration for sustainability and environmental impact.

• Minimum Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, Project Management, Sustainable Infrastructure or a related discipline.
• Preferably with at least 1-2 years of relevant experience, ideally dealing with ACMV projects.
• Possess Bizsafe Level 2 certification or above is a plus.
• Ability to work independently with strong leadership capabilities in a team setting.
• Familiarity with BIM tools and with a valid driver’s license will be added advantages.
