Job Description

We are seeking experienced Commissioning & Qualification Project Engineers to support manufacturing and operational readiness activities within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will be involved in commissioning, qualification, troubleshooting, and operational support of process systems while ensuring compliance with project and operational requirements.

Responsibilities

• Execute commissioning and qualification activities for manufacturing and process equipment
• Support start-up, testing, troubleshooting, and operational readiness activities
• Monitor and optimize process systems to ensure efficient operations
• Perform system checks, functional testing, and verification activities
• Support process control and automation-related activities
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and implement corrective actions
• Review and maintain commissioning and qualification documentation
• Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and operational requirements
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and project activities

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Life Sciences, or related disciplines
• Experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or related manufacturing environments
• Experience in commissioning, qualification, start-up, validation, or project engineering activities
• Familiarity with process operations such as: Temperature control systems, Pressure control systems, Flow control systems, CIP (Clean-In-Place) operations, SIP (Steam-In-Place) operations, TCU (Temperature Control Unit) operations and tuning
• Familiarity with DeltaV or similar process control systems is a must
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Able to commit to 12-hour rotating shifts, including day and night shifts in a 24/7 operational environment
