We are a growing construction and interior fit-out company specializing in high-quality design and build projects. With a reputation for delivering exceptional workmanship and client satisfaction, we are seeking a proactive and experienced Interior Decoration Project Manager to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage interior decoration projects from design stage to completion, ensuring works are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Review and coordinate design drawings, material selection, and specifications.
• Manage project schedules, resources, and cost control.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
• Resolve technical and site issues promptly with practical solutions.
• Prepare and present project progress reports to management and clients.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Building, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in interior fit-out or decoration project management.
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.Detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to work under tight deadlines.
• Proficient in MS Office and project management tools (AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage).
