We are a fun, passionate team that creates stunning visuals for global brands, and we're looking for a Project Manager to join us.

As a Project Manager at Visual22, you will be the key link between our clients and creative team. You'll manage projects from brief to final delivery, build strong client relationships, and ensure every project runs smoothly, on time, and on budget.

Responsibilities

-Long-term and day-to-day projects management across multiple clients and brands

-Manage all aspects of client, internal, and external communications to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard

-Understand client business objectives and proactively identify opportunities, risks, and solutions

-Build strong client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle

-Translate client briefs into clear creative and production briefs to ensure successful project execution

-Participate in strategic and creative discussions, providing valuable input and recommendations when required

-Monitor project progress, schedules, budgets, deliverables

-Manage client expectations while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction

-Stay informed of industry trends and best practices to support clients' branding and marketing objectives

-Coordinate resource planning and allocation based on project requirements

-Contribute to the development and improvement of internal processes and workflows

Qualifications:

-Preferably to have a Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing or Communications 

-Minimum 2 years of experience in a design, branding, advertising, creative, or packaging agency is a must

-Needs to have excellent written and presentation skills in English. To be able to communicate in Mandarin is a bonus

-Passionate about beautiful packaging/advertisements

-Creative, proactive and is able to analyse the brief accurately to debrief to the creative team

-Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while making sure the details of deliverables are on point

-Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment and managing multiple deadlines

-Independent, smart and have a strong sense of responsibility and commitment

-Most importantly, you must have a sense of humour

Knowledge of the following is a plus:

-Adobe Indesign / Powerpoint / Keynote

-Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator
