• Position Title: Project Manager (Electrical)
• Working Location: Ubi
• Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday 8.30AM – 6.15PM)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $9,000 + Transport Allowance + Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Lead and manage project teams, ensuring clear communication and coordination among all stakeholders.
• Define project scope and objectives, manage changes, and ensure alignment with client expectations.
• Ensure that all electrical installations and systems meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to procure necessary materials and services.
• Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques to ensure projects meet deadlines and budget constraints.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports, plans, and records.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant discipline
• Minimum 5+ years of electrical engineering experience
• Prior experience in the construction industry is considered an advantage
• Experience in project management is a plus
