Job Description

  • Position Title: Project Manager (Interior / A&A)
  • Working Location: Mandai Estate
  • Working Hours: 5 Days (Monday - Friday, 8:30AM – 5:30PM)
  • Salary Package: Basic Salary + Variable Bonus + Medical & Dental Benefits
  • Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare project cost estimates, budgets, and work schedules, and develop an effective construction strategy.
  • Lead and oversee site operations, including supervising and coordinating subcontractors and workers.
  • Work closely with clients, architects, engineers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Plan and allocate manpower, materials, and equipment to meet project timelines and quality standards.
  • Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement corrective actions when required.
  • Maintain proper documentation of site activities, contracts, variations, and project reports.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and quality standards at all times.
  • Support project handover, final inspections, and closing documentation.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

  • Degree or Diploma in Project Management, Building, Construction Management, or related field recognised by BCA.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in the Singapore construction industry.
  • Experience in office renovation, interior finishing works, furniture-related projects, or Addition & Alteration (A&A) works will be an advantage.
  • Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced project environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
