Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project management for Connected (Telematics) service development.
• Plan and execute project timelines, milestones, and risk mitigation activities.
• Coordinate communication and deliverables with cross‑functional teams and distributors.
• Oversee system integration, data flow validation, and end‑to‑end testing readiness.
• Prepare launch plans, readiness checklists, and communication materials.
• Monitor service performance post‑launch and drive corrective actions.
• Analyze service usage data and customer feedback to propose service enhancements.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and governance reports.
• Manage project budgets and resource tracking.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Project Management or System Development.
• Candidates without relevant experience are welcomed to apply.
• Experience in after‑sales, quality, or technical service operations is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of Connected (Telematics) technologies, mobile applications, or cloud services is an added advantage.
• Experience working with overseas distributors or regional operations is an added advantage.
