Now Hiring: Part-Time Property Management Assistant

Are you organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about property and tenant management? Join our team as a Part-Time Property Management Assistant and help us provide exceptional service to property owners and tenants.

Location: Work-from-home & to sites

Hours: Flexible schedule

Compensation: $1,000

Responsibilities:

• Assist with day-to-day operations of residential (condo) properties
• Communicate with tenants regarding maintenance requests, rent collection, and lease renewals
• Coordinate maintenance and repair services with vendors
• Support lease documentation and filing
• Conduct property viewing and visits/inspections
• Maintain accurate records and reports

Requirements:

• Prior experience in property management, tenant management & administrative support preferred
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Savvy with technology
